Breathe
Three words have the ability to change your life.
The first time my husband said “I love you,” my heart felt as if it was jumping out of my chest.
Twice, the doctor said, “it’s a girl,” and my life was complete.
Both phrases filled me with life and gave me a purpose. But what happens when those three words shatter the world around you?
You. Have. Cancer.
Now my family and I must find a way to deal with the new normal in our lives. It’s not always going to be easy, but when things get hard, I have to remember to close my eyes and just breathe.
